PXIe Multiport Vector Network Analyzer, 1 MHz to 9 GHz
M9485A offers true-multiport S-parameter measurements up to 12 ports in a single chassis or 24 ports in two chassis. When measuring multiport devices, this configuration drastically reduces the sweep time as compared to a switch matrix-based solution. Multi-site measurements are also supported. These capabilities speed test by improving both productivity and throughput, while also minimizing space.
